Close Brothers engaged Coherence to help them move forward in their online digital strategy.
Coherence started working with Close Brothers back in 2011, where we focused our attention on one of their business divisions, helping them form a new web strategy. We designed and built a new, high-performing site and introduced a forensically-driven lead generation programme.
Success to the business was immediate, with an increase in both number and quality of leads. On the back of this success, over the following 3 years Coherence expanded its work within Close Brothers, now working with the complete group. Within this remit, we ensure a consistent strategic approach across all of Close Brothers’ businesses in terms of both design and engagement.
Built on Drupal, enhanced with DX8
Each of the sites is built upon Drupal and enhanced by the DX8 productivity suite. This has allowed the divisions to fully integrate the web into their agile marketing sprints, helping to inform the business about market requirements through A/B testing and advanced analytics.
Functionality across the sites goes far beyond simple ‘brochureware’ requirements. With CRM integration, extranet capabilities and asset management systems, each of the businesses now operates on a powerful Drupal-based platform that allows them to maximise their audience engagement potential.
